Roadway construction addresses rush hour traffic, expected completion in late 2014

1. On March 22, at 4:22 p.m., UR Security officers responded to a smoke alarm in Crosby. Officers learned that a lamp had fallen from a bedside table causing a nearby mattress cover to smolder.
