Schlageter built a ninja course in his backyard when he was 14 to prepare. “I would set myself really difficult challenges — things I could not do." He added, “It’s just a matter of repeatedly failing — trying to figure out what went wrong that time and making adjustments. I know that I can do it because it’s doable.”

Miqdad is the Business Development Executive at the startup PakVitae, valued at $150 million. It has developed a $30 filter designed to provide clean drinking water free of water-borne bacteria, viruses, and contaminants.
