The Rochester Redwings are champions of the International League, after defeating the Memphis Redbirds. This was one of their best seasons, and their first International League Championship win since 1997.

Post-win, fans were invited to ESL Ballpark, where they got to meet and celebrate with members of the team, take advantage of discounts on merchandise from the team store, and enjoy live music and drinks. The win brought together legacy fans and new ones alike to celebrate.

The Redwings played against the Oklahoma City Comets in the Triple A Championship game Sept. 26, unfortunately losing 5–3. The Redwings end their season with a record of 90–59.
