Dear Editor: As a part of our Peer Health Advocacy class, we are implementing a project to promote alcohol awareness on campus. The main goals of our project are to explain the alcohol policy to students, particularly freshmen, and to promote safe drinking habits. Our project will be implemented the week of Oct. 19-25, National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week. We will be distributing free coupon booklets for free-time activities to do in Rochester, as well as emergency cards with cab/bus numbers. Also look for our table tops in ITS and Rush Rhees library. Get involved in alcohol awareness-stop by Wilson Commons to pick up a coupon booklet and emergency card on Friday, Oct. 23 between 11 am and 2 pm!
