The women?s track team traveled to St. Lawrence University to meet its rival in the fourth meet of the season Jan. 27.

The team may not have competed as well as it would have hoped, but its second-place finish in the meet did produce personal records and some top finishers.

The throwing team had the best day Saturday.

?I was extremely happy with the throwers, they did the best of any event group,? coach Barbara Hartwig said.

In the women?s 20 lb. wei-ght throw, junior Megan Sullivan placed first with a throw of 13.49 meters.
