Many years of basketball paid off as Gotstein helped her team to an Eastern Conference Athletic Association Championship March 8. She contributed a total of 23 points and 21 rebounds in a 59-47 win over Union College and a win over Nazareth 71-66. She closed out her tournament by being named the ECAC tournament Most Valuable Player.

?At the beginning of the season I didn?t know what to expect out of our team. We had so many new people on the team, plus I wasn?t sure how I would come back after not playing for a year,? said Gotstein, ?next year I?d like to become a better shooter and help our team advance to the NCAA?s.?
