Slanderous fliers found in SBA

On March 25, a student residing in Susan B. Anthony found fliers depicting his photograph and comments identifying him as a sex offender posted in Sue B., according to Lafferty.

The victim told security that he had his photograph taken by another student with a digital camera to send to friends in early March.

The victim reports he spoke with the person who took the photograph. The person denied any involvement in the fliers, and said that someone unknown must have accessed his e-mail files and obtained the picture.
