Most counties medium or low community levels, with most of Western New York colored for Medium. A cluster around New York City have "High" and "Medium" community levels. Other counties around the state have "Medium" community levels as well, including a cluster around Albany, Schenectady, and Utica. Much of central and Northeast New York have low community levels.
