Extreme Ice Cream SandwichesThis week’s delicacy is not so nice to the waistline, but it sure is tasty. Make this for your friends and they’ll be sure to help you with your homework anytime. All of the ingredients are available at the Corner Store.

Yields 6 sandwiches

Ingredients:1 Package of cookie mix and ingredients needed to make cookies according to mix1 Pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream (any flavor)1 Cookie sheet and plastic sandwich bags

Preparation:1. Bake cookies according to package directions. Make 12 cookies with mix.

2. Set container of ice cream on counter to let it soften.

3. Once cookies have cooled, spread cup of ice cream on one cookie and cover with another cookie.

4. Place in sandwich bag and freeze for at least 1 hour. Enjoy! It is suggested to have milk on hand.
