Men?s golfClass of 2003

Mike?s performance at this past weekend?s University Athletic Association Championship earned him recognition as a Notable Yellowjacket. His two-round score of 153 led UR to an awesome comeback and a UAA title. Besides having the best individual score, he was also named the UAA Golfer of the Year.

Mike?s talent on the golf course didn?t just happen overnight. ?I can?t really credit one person for my golf skills,? he said. ?I started playing when I was six, and I have had a lot of help and support along the way form a number of outstanding coaches, golf instructors, teammates, friends, and most of my family to all of whom I owe the credit.?

With only one more match remaining, the team is still hoping that it will make it into the National Collegiate Athletic Association Div. III Championship for the second straight year.

When Mike is not on the links, he spends most of his time pursuing his optics major and hanging out with his brothers at the Psi Upsilon house.
