The University of Rochester is a world-class institution according to many people across this great nation. If this is true why is it that there are so many complaints?! There must be a reason for this and I will set out to find out what can be done to get the world-class students of this world-class institution to smile again. There are many issues that face us as a community and I feel than I can be open minded enough to represent my peers in our community.
I?m just like all of you. I have so many complaints its ridiculous. I mean come on; it?s human nature to complain! But in all seriousness, there are certain issues on this campus that I feel need to be addressed. One of my many concerns is that of security on campus. It?s just not right to read the CT and see the security report then find that 2 people where assaulted and 10 cars were broken into. We should feel comfortable to walk on our campus freely and park our cars with out worrying if we?ll ever see the tires again! I mean, we do pay enough to park on campus don?t we? Help me make this school a better place. Vote for Jorge Villali for Senator for class of 2003.
