When I get hangry, the desperation for a snack can sometimes mean gorging on chips or an ungodly amount of cheese. But this smoothie is a total game-changer. It is fast, filling, and satisfying. Ok, now hear me out on the salt situation. A pinch of salt will not make the smoothie salty. It just balances out the sweetness of the bananas. This is perfect for breakfast and  great on the go. With this, I know I am eating something that is both healthy and filling.
