Residents of Rochester joined the GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance from Thursday, July 19 to Sunday, July 22 in celebrating its 22nd anniversary in Trumansburg, NY. The festival drew several Rochester and Western New York bands such as John Brown’s Body, Driftwood and the Notorious Stringbusters, but also several national acts such as Eilen Jewel and Willie Watson. As it does each year, the festival also included camping, parades, workshop healing and much more.
